Legal Plat with physical addresses

Legal Plat has been approved by Parker County and filed at the courthouse. It is sufficient for lot closings. Legacy Land & Title is the Developer’s preferred title company. They have all docs pertaining to Reata Ranch on file. Sherri Johnson, Sr Escrow Officer and Susan Hatfield, Sr Escrow Asst.
