2026 Goals on hold, pending budget availability. Budget to be determined and voted on by HOA members. 2025 improvements have been completed.
Reata Ranch HOA values every member’s voice. “The Ranch” belongs to all within the community. Communication is key to a good relationship. Surveys are a great tool to voice opinions and remain anonymous, if desired. HOA will continue too send them periodically.
Don’t harbor assumptions that can lead to gossip.
A perfect motto is: ”LET US KNOW or LET IT GO”.
Assumptions, gossip and misinformation can lead to bitterness and division. Let’s always put our efforts into getting along and obtaining the facts. Choose to LET the board secretary(s) KNOW (obtain the facts) OR choose to LET GO whatever issue(s) you are having. Gossip only stirs up strife and division and will not be tolerated. Please educate yourself, get the facts.
Notice requirements for meetings: 10 days for Regular & 3 days for Special. All members are encouraged to attend all Regular or Special meetings. Public welcome as well. public.
