Entrance is complete! 2026 goals include installing electric at entrance, back light logo sign, water well to enable sprinkler system for enhanced landscaping at entrance, more pipe work at entrance to create a cross beam above and add security cameras at entrance. Reata Ranch HOA values every member’s voice. “The Ranch” belongs to all within the community. Communication is key to a good relationship. Surveys are a great tool to voice opinions and remain anonymous, if desired. HOA will continue too send them periodically.
Don’t harbor assumptions that can lead to gossip.
A perfect motto is: ”LET US KNOW or LET IT GO”.
Assumptions, gossip and misinformation can lead to bitterness and division. Let’s always put our efforts into getting along and obtaining the facts. Choose to LET the board secretary(s) KNOW (obtain the facts) OR choose to LET GO whatever issue(s) you are having. Gossip only stirs up strife and division and will not be tolerated. Please educate yourself, get the facts.
Notice requirements for meetings: 10 days for Regular & 3 days for Special. All members are encouraged to attend all Regular or Special meetings. Public welcome as well. Executive meetings are for Board Members only, but any decisions, from an Executive meeting, will be made public.
